Our mission is to ensure the best experience for you during the claim process, from locating and verifying your assets to submitting your claim and monitoring the claim process to the successful payout.

We locate assets

We audit U.S. government agencies across the country and locate unclaimed funds owed to private individuals. If these funds are not claimed within an allotted time they are lost to the agency and cannot be recovered. We don't think it is fair!

We find you

If you received a telephone call, a letter, or an email from us, we have a very good reason to believe a government agency is holding unclaimed funds due you or your relative. Contact us right away! Claims are often a time-sensitive matter. If not filed in time the agency gets to keep your assets!

We sign documents

Once you have talked to one of our representatives and verbally agreed to allow us to process your claim, we arrange for a notary public from your local area. He will go over and have you sign the necessary paperwork, including a fee agreement, an agency claim form, and other documents necessary for filing a claim. These documents allow us to initiate the claim process on your behalf. The notary will inform you at this time about the exact amount and location of your funds.

We file a claim and ensure a successful payout

After the documents are signed, they are sent to us. We start processing your claim as soon as we receive the documents. We work on a contingency basis - we collect a percentage of the claim only if and when it is paid out. It means there are no out-of-pocket costs to you - we cover all expenses, including notary and legal services, any fees associated with the claim, and clerical and postal expenses. It may take a government agency 60 to 90 days to approve the claim. We maintain contact with the agency to make sure to provide all additional paperwork they may need promptly. The claim filing process can be arduous and convoluted - government agencies don't make it easy. We provide all legal and clerical support to ensure a successful claim payout. Then we hold the funds for 30 days to ensure there were no clerical errors and disburse your funds to you.
